PREPARE YOUR ITEMS
Ensure all garments, shoes, and accessories are freshly cleaned and in sellable condition.
Check for missing or broken hardware, clear out pockets, and ensure handbags are clean inside and out.
Remove any pet hair, odours, stains, or mud to ensure your items are ready to shine for their next owner.

VISIT US
Drop off your items during our open hours, or contact us to arrange an appointment outside these times.
When you visit, you’ll fill out a stock arrival form and let us know whether you’d like to collect any items we don’t accept or prefer them to be donated on your behalf.

WHAT WE ACCEPT
We’re always on the lookout for well-constructed, high-quality pieces from both New Zealand and international designers. While we don’t restrict consignment based on brand alone, our focus is on timeless pieces that are built to last.
Fast-fashion or items that don’t meet the standards of our customer base may not be accepted. For an idea of what we love, browse our online store or visit our boutique!

PRICING AND PAYMENT
We will determine pricing based on market trends, demand, condition, and sales history. however, if you have a price in mind you would like to sell your items for, let us know!
You’ll receive 50% of the selling price once your items sell. Payments are processed directly to your bank account within 7 working days.
Unsold items will be discounted to increase their chances of finding a buyer.

CONSIGNMENT PERIOD & WITHDRAWLS
Items are listed for a 12-week consignment period.
If you change your mind, you’re welcome to withdraw your items at any time.
