Sell with Us at Lola & Grace Preloved Designer

What do we accept?
At Lola & Grace, we specialise in pre-loved clothing, shoes, jewellery, and bags. We’re happy to accept items that meet the following criteria:

• Designer-labeled (NZ or international).

• Clean and in great/excellent condition.

• Appropriate for the current season.

How does it work?

1. Bring your pre-loved designer pieces to Lola & Grace.

2. Complete a simple form with your contact details. If you’d like a specific price for an item, let us know; otherwise, we’ll price it based on market trends.

3. We will assess your items. If they are not accepted, we will contact you to arrange collection.

Important: Items not collected within two weeks of notification (unless otherwise agreed) will be donated to a local charity.

What happens if my items don’t sell?

• If your items haven’t sold within two months, we may reduce the price to help move them on to their new home.

• After three months, we’ll contact you to arrange collection. If you prefer, unsold items can be donated to a local charity.

• Please ensure we have your current contact details to avoid any issues.

How and when will I be paid?

• From the sale price, the amount is split 50/50 between you and Lola & Grace.

• Choose from two payment options:

  • Keep your earnings as in-store or online credit.

  • Receive payment via direct deposit (please ensure we have your bank details).

• Payments are made within seven working days of sale.
